NYC’s Premier Haunted Attraction Scares Manhattan Senseless for the Seventh Consecutive Year

Blood Manor Continues Their Reign of Terror at a Brand New Location From October 7 through November 5, 2011

New York, NY (September 16, 2011) - In 2011, BLOOD MANOR, NYC’S Premier Haunted Attraction, begins a new spine tingling era in its historic REIGN OF TERROR in MANHATTAN, at a brand new location- 163 Varick Street in lower Manhattan’s Hudson Square District!
As the insane inhabitants relocate for their seventh season of horror, BLOOD MANOR is craving the opportunity to bring mayhem to lower Manhattan!

For six successful fear-inducing seasons, BLOOD MANOR has made facing your darkest fears part of NYC’S Halloween season. As the “SEASON TO BE SCARED” approaches, BLOOD MANOR again wishes to thank all its loyal supporters with continued discount ticket promotions including the return of the very popular $20 Student Nights; Free Admission on your Birthday Nights; Midnight Madness and promo codes on all flyers, posters and many websites for discount online tickets.

The residents of BLOOD MANOR are looking for “Fresh Blood,” as they invade their new locale with a brand new attraction that includes state of the art animatronics and props that will bring fear to even the most callous “Non-Believer” in the Walking Dead!

2011 will introduce seven new experiences that will test your tolerance for fear: the GRAVEYARD OF THE DOOMED, the KILLER KLOWNS, DISGRACELAND, the WALL CRAWLER in DEATH ROW, the CABARET OF DEATH and ZOMBIE APPOCOLYPSE! The inhabitants are hell bent on making every visitor a contributor- to their BLOOD BANK!

Patrons will be stalked by the Pig Man, Voodoo Rob, and other undead creatures as they await their entrance in the Manor. The DISGRACELAND crew will be “hung out to die” as they swing from meat hooks in a gruesome “in your face” display of modern mayhem!
As the sojourn begins, patrons will approach the Manor through the graveyard- be careful, nothing stays dead here! The eternal bride and groom are back to renew their vows and need blood to return to life- YOURS! So don’t be too anxious to accept the invitation.  The organ music you hear really isn’t for the ceremony- its for your funeral- hope you are dressed appropriately- TO DIE!

Of course, what’s a celebration without some merriment- courtesy of the Killer Klowns- hope you like the big top- you might lose yours! And what is that screeching sound getting louder as you approach the Serial Killer’s domain –just a saw making dinner for the masters from fresh meat of some unsuspecting visitors paying a friendly call on their new neighbors. If you don’t become part of the menu, you may enjoy the Cabaret of Death! Don’t get too friendly with the performers- that nuzzle on your neck wasn’t a sign of affection!

Checking for blood, your whole sense of time and space will be thrown into chaos in the Laser Vortex. Escaping the pathway to oblivion might not be what is best- since you may stumble into Hannibal’s Kitchen. You may not be the main course tonight- but what about dessert; a nice soufflé of brain is just what the ghouls had in mind!

Still in one piece- at least for the moment- you will find yourself in the bowels of the Manor; the Boiler Room where the Manor’s psycho superintendent makes sure there is always a sufficient amount of blood for the residents. You’ll be making a donation for sure if you linger too long. Continuing your macabre meanderings, you will begin to hear the strange sounds of the creatures of the night- as the blood thirsty Wolves howl in anticipation of their attack on unsuspecting guests. Corpses of former unlucky visitors are tossed about as the gnarling and noshing can be heard over the screams of those who dare enter Death Row- home of the Wall Crawler. Danger isn’t only from the inside- don’t look up- you might be her next victim to vanish into thin air- SCREAMING!

Think you have finally survived your terror trek? Think again! Everything explodes in 3D as you wander through the maze of horrific images of death and destruction from demons escaping their eternal damnation below by world famous artist Stuart Smith of Stuartizm Designs, LLC.  The final sensory assault catapults you into the wasteland of Zombie Apocalypse. With the undead attacking and 50-caliber rounds whizzing by your head courtesy of the resident Zombie Killer, you will be lucky to leave UNDEAD!

The nineteen environments, each with their own chaotic digital sounds will raise your heartbeat to precarious levels. You may think you are safe, but don’t relax your guard for a single moment…it may be the last of your life!

That’s just a taste of the dangers awaiting you on your welcoming visit to the new BLOOD MANOR at 163 Varick Street in lower Manhattan’s Hudson Square District.  For those of you who have previously survived BLOOD MANOR, 2011 guarantees new and extreme experiences; for newcomers- be afraid, be VERY AFRAID! So go out on the town- be it in Hudson Square, nearby Soho or Tribecca or anywhere on the town- but make sure your evening of “fun” makes its last stop BLOOD MANOR!
